Universal Music India released songs of Malayalam movie Manjadikuru. Music maestros Dr KJ Yesudas, K S Chitra, Kavalam Narayana Panikkar, Vijay Yesudas and Swetha Mohan have rendered their unique voices for the film.
The film confers a quirky amusing look at the world of that time through the eyes of Vicky, who tells us that he was part of the “excess baggage” that his NRI parents brought from the Gulf. Taking us through sixteen days of fun, friendship, mangoes, tadpoles, family and many more things that changed his life, Vicky reveals the child within him.
Manjadikuru is written and directed by Anjali Menon and was released in Kerala on May 18th 2012. After bagging several international awards including Best Indian Debut & Best Malayalam Film at International Film festival of Kerala and South Asian International Film Festival, New York, Manjadikuru is being received well by enthusiastic theatre audiences in Kerala.
