Udit Narayan to perform in Chandigarh on World Music Day

Award-winning playback singer Udit Narayan, who has mesmerized music fans with his scintillating voice for more than three decades, singing in 32 languages, will perform live in Chandigarh on World Music Day on June 21.

The performance, Udit Narayan Musical Nite, will be jointly organised by Department of Tourism Chandigarh, STEPS and CITCO. The show will start at 7 pm in Shopping Plaza Sector 17 and there will be no entry fees.

June 21 is celebrated as the Fete de la Musique, also known as World Music Day across the World. Traditionally, the celebration of the day involves promoting music, encouraging musicians, organizing concerts and making all genres of music accessible to public.
