Susmit Sen to perform at Hard Rock Cafe for his debut solo album

Susmit Sen, India's premier acoustic guitar player, has come with his first solo album titled Depths of the Ocean on the international music label EMI Music, host to acts like The Beatles, Coldplay and Norah Jones to name a few.

Hard Rock Cafe will be hosting the premiere tour of Susmit Sen's Depths of the Ocean, his debut solo album.

Susmit Sen is just back from attending the Guitare en Scene – one of the world's premiere Guitar festivals that’s held in Geneva in July every year. He is the country's first ever guitarist to have received such an honour.

Susmit, along with his ensemble – Susmit Sen Chronicles, will play across Hard Rock Cafes in Mumbai, Pune, Delhi, Hyderabad and Bengaluru through August.

Susmit Sen Chronicles includes Anirban Ghosh (bass guitar), Gyan Singh (Tabla), Nikhil Vasudevan (Percussions), Amit Sharma (vocals) and Rajeev Raja (flute). The seven tracks on the Depths of the Ocean feature collaborations with a diverse set of celebrated musicians – from the acclaimed Hindustani classical vocalist Shubha Mudgal to the noted Bengali singer Papon.
