RDB member, Kuly Ral passes away

Kuly Ral from the world renowned Bhangra group RDB has passed away.  The cause of death has not been announced yet, but cancer as the cause has been suspected.

Kuly along with his brothers Manj and Surj traveled around the world making great music, and working with superstars such as rapper Snoop Dogg, and Bollywood star, Akshay Kumar.

The UK trio brought us countless hits including, Yamla Pagla Deewana from the film, Yamla Pagla Deewana, and Sadi Gali from  the movie Tanu Weds Manu.

The group produced catchy Bhangra tracks with a modern twist.  This is a huge loss for the Brit-Asian, and Indian music industry.   Kuly’s contributions to the industry will never be forgotten, and he will be missed greatly.
